Anni Oakley.Started pole aged 50 - 3 years ago -as a more 'mature lady' I had thought oh I can't do that! I am too old! Too weak! Not flexible! I will look ridiculous!Especially as i had no fitness or dance or gymnastics experience (this is true!) here's a thing.... I did go to that 1st class in November 2016 and I am so glad I did!I fell in love with pole right there and then and the community it offered. I decided to have a go at competing and this has proved to be the best thing ever! I love pushing myself and the challenges that comp training brings.My success since I started my competition journey in 2017:1st Novice sport supreme pole showdown 2017;1st JLN Pole Champs intermediate 2017:1st lincolnshire pole championships intermediate experienced 2018;1st BPSC Amateur intermediate 2018.Pole is so good for my soul (and yours too) and I will always encourage and support you all to follow your dreams. Nadine swimby
Nadine has been dancing for over 20 years, training in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Dance Gymnastics, Cheer Leading & Street Dance.
She started teaching dance at the age of 15 and earned herself a slot at the prestigious college, Phil Winston's Theatreworks.
She has performed in numerous Professional Shows including pantos and on cruise ships.
Nadine went on to teach Dance and Fitness full time at the largest dance school in the North West, before opening DFA Studios in 2012.
She started Pole 9 years ago and quickly became addicted!! She has taught 100's of students both Pole & Aerial Arts over the time DFA has been open.
Nadine also runs a Professional Pole Competition, BPSC which has been running successfully for 6 years. She has also competed in pole competitions, which saw her make it through to the finals of Miss Pole Dance Semi-Pro, Yorkshire Pole Championships & Miss Pole Dance UK.
Nadine has judged at various Pole Competitions and enjoys teaches workshops

Heidi is a professional pole athlete with a wealth of pole dance fitness experience and competitions to her name. She been poling for 7 years and can't get enough of it, loving all strength and flip tricks. She is a full time fitness instructor and known for her strength and professional sports knowledge and is currently teaching workshops in the UK.

Sonia started Pole Dancing in 2006, introduced to the pole by Harmony Rose.
She is well known by her signature move – The Noodle.
Sonia won the North Wales Pole Dancing Competition 2010, claiming the Professional Champion title.
She loves to perform & for the last 5 years running has been a resident pole dancer at the Glastonbury Festival even appearing in the Q review magazine & on the TV in the official documentary.
Sonia is a seasoned professional, dedicated to providing top class, high quality lessons. She has also actively pursued and established herself amongst the UK’s top pole performers, having being asked to teach, compete and perform around the country.

Elise Fawcett
Elise is age 12 and been poling 2.5 years and in that time won 3 youth pole competitions and won one against adults. Her biggest pole achievement to date is getting to the IPAAT Expert final and she loves to do upbeat funky performances.
Elise is a proper girly girl and loves all that sparkles,glitters and unicorns. Her ambition is to own get own pole studio one day. Her favourite thing outside pole is McDonald chicken nuggets.
She also has the most amazing natural curly hair 🦄💖🦄💖
This young lady is the future of pole, she is most definitely someone to watch.
