Who we are and what we do.
Polehog.com is uk based manufacture of pole and gym wear. We custom make all items, and work alongside uk size guiding to ensure a true comfortable fit.
We are a family run business who use professional machinery and methods to ensure a quality made item. All items are hand made by one of our two trained machinists.
All of our items are handmade to order, we stock no clothing items, unless these are for show purpose or facebook sales. All clothing items are made to our measurements guidelines, please ensure you choose your correct size, Any differences if fabrics elasticity will be stated in the product description. If you are unsure, please get in touch or check out the product description.
Although most fabric is in stock, some materials may need to be ordered to fulfil your needs, and multiple orders can take a little extra time. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase. If you require an order within a short time frame, please get in touch before ordering.
We do our very best to represent products accurately in the photography, however, as we have no control over customers' monitor/mobile settings (resolution, colours, etc.) We are unable to guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on the website.
At polehog.com, we only use secure payment facilities for online purchases. All of our online transactions are processed securely by the merchant service provider PayPal and/or Stripe. Your credit card number will be encrypted when your order is placed using SSL encryption software. The merchant providers inform us, via the encryption system, the outcome of the transaction. We are unable to advise as to why your payment may have been declined, only your bank can provide that information.
Once your transaction is complete you will receive an email to confirm your order has been paid for. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.
We at polehog.com only use payment methods of the following;
Paypal : website and facebook orders.
Stripe; website orders only.
Items are shipped by Royal Mail Signed for, for UK orders and Royal Mail Tracked & Signed where possible, for all orders outside of the UK, however once outside the UK it will then be passed to the standard postal service in your country. All orders are sent by a service that requires a signature where possible, unless this is a option that is not available In your county.
When your order is shipped you will receive a Tracking Reference via email which you can use on the Royal Mail website. If you feel you have not had this email, please check your spam, if this is to no avail please get in contact and will ensure to help you with this.
Delivery costs are automatically displayed before you submit your payment details, based on the weight and/or delivery address. Non-uk customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. We are unable to advise what these costs will be.
We at Polehog, work with a 3-5 working day turnaround for you order to be made, and sent to dispatch, as busy periods we ask to allow upto 7-14 days for your order to be made as all items and handmade from scratch upon your placement of order.
We at polehog will not be held responsible for any goods arriving late unless specifically our fault. If we are unable to ship your goods within 14 working days, we will inform you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. You have the right to cancel your order should this occur.
Please allow 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch for your item to arrive within mainland UK. International orders normally arrive within 5-14 days.
Non-EU orders may be subject to inspection in customs which may cause delay.
Polehog accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit, the responsibility of delivery of the items lays with the postal service. If in the unfortunate event that your order may be lost Polehog will however help by providing as much information as we can should you need to pursue a claim with the postal services.
We at polehog handmake all items upon order, so all items are custom made, For this reason we do not offer refunds, unless in a very rare circumstance that the item maybe faulty.
We do however understand that you may need to return an item, i.e purchased an incorrect size, so we offer a returns policy via a credit note system. For full information on this, please see our returns policy.
We accept no returns on sale or discounted items.
We accept no returns on grip aids.
All clothing is hand made and finished by one of our professional machinists and all items are fully inspected before they are shipped. In the unlikely event something should be damaged or faulty, we ask that contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide us with proof of the damage/fault i.e photographic evidence, we at polehog take matters like this very seriously and will ensure we will do our best to rectify the problem as fast as possible.
You, the buyer, are liable for any postage costs to return the goods. Please remember to ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe, we cannot issue a credit note for any items, if we do not receive your parcel.
Once we receive the returned goods, they will be fully inspected and a credit note will be issued on all items meeting the return policy, minus any shipping costs.
Please keep in mind your credit note is in code form and only one code can be used per transaction. Credit notes cannot be used with any other discount code or gift voucher.
We at polehog feel that your privacy is important to us, the only information that is stored is the information that is used to dispatch your order. We do not sell or give this information to any 3rd party, and is solely used for dispatch purpose only. We do not send newsletters or any emails, other than the ones that involve you order, i.e dispatch details.
We follow GDPR rules strictly and no personal details are shared with 3rd party’s.
