FAQ


1. WHO DELIVERS MY ITEM/S?
Your item/s will be sent via Royal mail using their First class Signed for or 48hr tracked service only or equivalent international Royal Mail service, please do not ask for another service of lesser value as all our orders will only be sent this way.

2. Information about products.
All our items are made completely from scratch to order, we stocl no items only fabric. Our items are designed as over garments, we recommend nude seamless underwear with all products, but this is at the customers discretion.

3. How Long with my item take to arrive?
We aim to make and despatch your order within 3-5 working days as all items are handmade by us to order. Once despatched the postage times will depend on the speed of Royal Mail. Royal Mail 1st class Tracked and Signed service is typically 1-2 working days but can take longer.

4. HOW DO I FIND OUT MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is ready to be despatched, remember to check your junk mail!

5.CAN I USE 2 VOUCHER CODES TOGETHER?
NO, unfortunately only one code can be used at one time.

6. I HAVENT RECEIVED A REPLY?
Sometimes messages get missed, we are human, we are not purposely ignoring you, try again, sometimes we don't always receive your message, try another method, eg Facebook

7. WHY WONT MY CARD PAYMENT GO THROUGH?
Do you have money in your account?
Your postcode and full address must match your card!
This stops the use of stolen cards being used. The safety of our customers is very important to us!

8.DO YOU DO WHOLESALE?
Yes. we are more than happy to help you wholesale our products. Please contact us via email and we will help you with your query. Wholesale orders will take a few days longer to despatch depending on quantity but will let you know an estimated date of despatch.

9. WHERE CAN I SPEND MY VOUCHER?
Discount codes and gift vouchers are only valid for the website ONLY. They will not be accepted any other way.

10. WHERE DO I INPUT MY VOUCHER CODE?
At the checkout at the top of the page, there is a click down button that says 'coupon code'

11. MY CODE ISNT WORKING?
Please get in contact with us and we will try and rectify the problem for you.

12. MY ITEM STILL HASNT ARRIVED EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN DESPATCHED.
Please check your tracking number supplied.
99% of the time an attempt has been made by your postman but they haven't left you a RED card.

The RED card or more commonly known as a 'We have something for you' card or (739) hasn't been left by your postman.

You will need to take your tracking number and ID eg driving licence/utility bill or items listed on royal mails website to collect your order. It would help to tell them where your order is from as this will help them identify your package.

Please contact us as we try our best to help not just the big guys but also the teeny weeny guys just getting into the pole industry.

15. What about fees? 
Custom fees/taxes/handing fees are the responsibility of the customer, we do not include these in our postage cost.
