1. WHO DELIVERS MY ITEM/S?
Your item/s will be sent via Royal mail using their First class Signed for or 48hr tracked service only or equivalent international Royal Mail service, please do not ask for another service of lesser value as all our orders will only be sent this way.
2. How Long with my item take to arrive?
We aim to make and despatch your order within 10-14 working days as all items are handmade by us to order. Once despatched the postage times will depend on the speed of Royal Mail. Royal Mail 48 hours tracked is typically 1-2 working days but can take longer.
 
3. HOW DO I FIND OUT MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is ready to be despatched, remember to check your junk mail!
4.CAN I USE 2 VOUCHER CODES TOGETHER?
NO, unfortunately only one code can be used at one time.
5. I HAVENT RECEIVED A REPLY?
Sometimes messages get missed, we are human, we are not purposely ignoring you, try again, sometimes we don't always receive your message, try another method, eg Facebook
 
6. WHY WONT MY CARD PAYMENT GO THROUGH?
Do you have money in your account?
Your postcode and full address must match your card!
This stops the use of stolen cards being used. The safety of our customers is very important to us! 
7. WHERE CAN I USED MY VOUCHER?
Discount codes and gift vouchers are only valid for the website ONLY. They will not be accepted any other way.
8. WHERE DO I INPUT MY VOUCHER CODE? 
In the checkout :)
9. MY CODE ISNT WORKING?
Please get in contact with us and we will try and rectify the problem for you.
10. MY ITEM STILL HASNT ARRIVED EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN DESPATCHED.
Please check your tracking number supplied.
99% of the time an attempt has been made by your postman but they haven't left you a RED card.
The RED card or more commonly known as a 'We have something for you' card or (739) hasn't been left by your postman.
You will need to take your tracking number and ID eg driving licence/utility bill or items listed on royal mails website to collect your order. It would help to tell them where your order is from as this will help them identify your package.

How to Place a Custom Order

At Polehog, we love making things tailored to your needs. If you have a specific colourway idea or requirement, we’re here to help! Placing a custom order is simple. Just follow the steps below to get started.
The possibilities are endless….
Mix and match colours, custom order only styles, Padding slots, Different size top to bottoms bodysuits…the list can go on forever…..

Step-by-Step Process


Step 1: Pick your fabric and style.

Please note:
Not all fabrics are compatible to pick multiple options! Some fabrics are limited so keep this in mind when looking through our social media.


Step 2: Contact Us.


How to get in contact?
• Message us from one of our social media pages (quickest and easiest)
• Email: sales@polehog.com
• Use our online chat service

Have an idea of fabrics, sizing and styles so we can discuss your options.


Step 3:
Get a Quote.


Once we have an idea of what your wanting in what size and fabric you would like we can give you a no obligation quote.


Step 4: Confirm Your Order.


We confirm your order back to you with the breakdown of all costings.


Step 5:
Payment.


As ALL item are made to order we take payment before your order is made.
We can take bank transfer, paypal or if you have an website account with us, we can invoice you via our website and you can pay with all payment methods there including Klarna and paypal credit.


Step 6: Production and Delivery.


Once your order is in and paid for we will then make your order to your requirements
Please allow 14-17 working days to be made (we are usually quicker but is depending on the workload at the time.)
Your order will then be dispatched royal mail tracked 48 unless another option has been discussed you will be sent your tracking information by the form in which you contacted us.

• Customization Options: There are lots of extra options that we can do, different colourways, slight sizing adjustments 1.e smaller underbust band, padding slots, special custom order only styles, different sizing top/bottoms on bodysuits, longer length ,shorter length....
