Earning Oinks:

Customers can earn Oinks through the following activities:

Signing up for the newsletter: 100 Oinks
Leaving a review (limited to 10 reviews per customer): 50 Oinks each
Making a purchase: 5 Oinks for every £1 spent
Signing up for an account: 100 Oinks
Referring a new customer: 200 Oinks once the referred customer completes a purchase

To obtain their personal referral link, customers must sign in to their PoleHog account. Once signed in, customers can access their referral link, copy it, and share it with friends, family, and on social media platforms. Referral links are unique to each customer and are used to track referrals and reward points accordingly.

Review Limitation:

Customers are limited to earning Oinks for a maximum of 10 reviews throughout their lifetime.

Referral Program:

Referring customers will receive 200 Oinks once the referred customer completes a purchase.
Referred customers will receive a 10% discount to be used within 60 days of sign-up.

Oinks Validity:

Oinks are valid for redemption for 183 days (6 months) from the date of issuance.
Oinks earned from referrals are also valid for 183 days (6 months) from the date of issuance.
Oinks cannot be combined with other discounts or used for purchases made through the PoleHog Facebook page.

Newsletter Sign-Up Bonus:

When signing up for the newsletter, customers will receive 100 Oinks as a welcome bonus. However, to retain this bonus, customers must remain subscribed to the newsletter.

If a customer unsubscribes from the newsletter, the 100-point sign-up bonus will be removed.
Any additional Oinks earned will remain in the customer's account and can still be redeemed.

Program Termination:

PoleHog reserves the right to terminate the Oinks Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.

In the event of program termination, PoleHog will not be liable to compensate for any loss of Oinks.

PoleHog reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Oinks Rewards Program or any aspect thereof at any time.
PoleHog is not responsible for any unauthorised use of Oinks.

Not all fabrics are compatible to pick multiple options! Some fabrics are limited so keep this in mind when looking through our social media.

Step 2: Contact Us.

How to get in contact?
• Message us from one of our social media pages (quickest and easiest)

• Use our online chat service

Have an idea of fabrics, sizing and styles so we can discuss your options.

Step 3: Get a Quote.

Once we have an idea of what your wanting in what size and fabric you would like we can give you a no obligation quote.

Step 4: Confirm Your Order.

We confirm your order back to you with the breakdown of all costings.

Step 5: Payment.

As ALL item are made to order we take payment before your order is made.
We can take bank transfer, paypal or if you have an website account with us, we can invoice you via our website and you can pay with all payment methods there including Klarna and paypal credit.

Step 6: Production and Delivery.

Once your order is in and paid for we will then make your order to your requirements
Please allow 14-17 working days to be made (we are usually quicker but is depending on the workload at the time.)
Your order will then be dispatched royal mail tracked 48 unless another option has been discussed you will be sent your tracking information by the form in which you contacted us.

• Customization Options: There are lots of extra options that we can do, different colourways, slight sizing adjustments 1.e smaller underbust band, padding slots, special custom order only styles, different sizing top/bottoms on bodysuits, longer length ,shorter length....
• Return Policy: All custom orders are non returnable.
