Returns policy

Polehog.com Orders/Returns Policy.

We offer a 14 day returns policy. Due to the nature of our garments and placement on the body for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds, as we Handmake all  the items we will however offer returns in the form of a credit note system. 

Our 14 day returns policy is from the date you have received your order. This can be traced via your tracking number. 

Under no Exceptions  will any returns will be accepted after the 14 days.

Any custom orders taken via our Facebook page are excluded from the returns policy.

All tags must still be attached in order to process your return, if you remove the tags the returns policy will be void and items may be returned to yourself at your own cost, or destroyed.

We have a thorough checking process for returns and any returned item that is not considered to be in a resalable condition (see returns policy below) will be declined and a confirmation email will be sent to you. 

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a credit note to you via the email you provided on your invoice, this credit note will be credited for the cost of the items ONLY and will be valid for website use only! You can then order the correct item/s you require.

The responsibility of the item remains with the customer until we have received the item and so recommend using a tracked service for returns. The costs of returning a non-faulty item is payable by the customer and are non-refundable.

RETURNS POLICY
You will be eligible for a credit note if you meet the following criteria:
• You must contact us to initiate the returns process.
• Your items must be returned to us within 14 days of your original order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and free from any marks, I.e make-up and deodorant.
• Items must be tried on over underwear. If there is visible signs that you haven’t tried on over underwear, your return will be refused. 
• Items must be accompanied by the invoice, without your details we will be unable to process your return.
• All shipping costs must be covered by yourself, including any customs fees, unless in the unlikely event that your item is faulty.

SHIPPING COST
We do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item(s) is damaged, faulty or an error has occurred on our behalf. This does not affect you statutory right to return an item.


YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO INPUT THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, IF YOU FEEL THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT OUR SALES TEAM.

if your item has already been posted out, once the item is returned to us you may have your order reposted, but at a cost to yourself, or a credit note for the amount of the items only will be issued to you.


If you do not select the correct shipping method, your order will be cancelled.

REFUNDS.

ALL OUR ITEMS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER 

DUE TO THE PLACEMENT OF THE GARMENTS, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, THIS IS DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS. 

SALE/DISCOUNTED/ BARGAIN BASEMENT; 

WE ACCEPT NO RETURNS ON OUR SALE/BARGAIN BASEMENT OR DISCOUNTED FABRICS. 

We hand make all items to order, all the sale, discounted, bargain basement will be sold at a highly discounted price.

The bargain basement is clearance of old fabrics, once they are gone, they are gone! For this reason we will not be accepting returns on these items, to avoid the upset of a replacement item not being available. 
Your credit note comes in code form and cannot be used with any other discount code or gift voucher.
